Workout of the Day
In teams of three, for time, complete:
120 Push Presses (55 lbs.)
120 Alternating Barbell Lunges (55 lbs. – back racked)
120 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (55 lbs.)
Partners may partition the work however they want. Only one person works at a time. Teams must complete one exercise before proceeding to next.
