We believe that the health and performance of our members is an ongoing, personalized journey. Our programs are designed to help our members along their path to achieving their individual needs and desires.
Our tiered program allows our members to choose from three different options to achieve their goals:
Form (our Fundamentals class) This is where we develop Mechanics. Form is the entry portal for anyone new to our program. This ongoing group class is designed to introduce those with limited training experience to the foundational movements used in our daily classes. This class is great for new members because it focuses on quality rather than intensity.
Function This is where we cultivate Consistency. Function workouts include a greater degree of intensity and complexity. In this class, we combine the best of Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, running, rowing, and cycling to create a workout that is always different, functional, and intense. We will provide you with the tools to reach new levels of performance while pushing yourself further than you thought possible.
If you’re looking to take your fitness to the next level, this is an excellent option.
Focus This is all about Intensity. Focus is programmed to help athletes prepare for one of the fastest growing opportunities for anyone interested in pushing the limits of athletic performance and competition—CrossFit!
Like any sport, CrossFit demands high levels of athletic performance. So, if you’re looking for conditions commonly seen in the sport of CrossFit, as well as prepare yourself to be as well-rounded as possible to excel in unknown elements of our growing sport, this class is for you.
